Located east of Interstates 575 and 75 and the city limits of Marietta, East Cobb is an unincorporated community in Cobb County. This northwestern Atlanta suburb is part of Cobb County School District (CCSD), which is the second-largest school district in Georgia. CCSD consistently achieves a high level of academic success. CCSD students taking the ACT exam achieved record-high scores for 11 straight years since 2006. In addition to excellent schools, East Cobb offers a commuting location that provides multiple routes to Atlanta and the I-285 perimeter. With restaurants and shopping clustered in central locations like Merchant’s Walk and Paper Mill Village, East Cobb keeps the focus on residential development.
