Recognized as an Expert in East Cobb
I’m incredibly honored to be recognized as an Expert in East Cobb in Modern Luxury Interiors Southeast’s 2026 Real Estate Awards.
I’ve called East Cobb home for nearly 20 years, so this recognition feels especially meaningful. This is where I’ve raised my family, built my business, made lifelong friendships, and helped families buy and sell homes throughout the community.
Knowing East Cobb real estate goes far beyond knowing recent sales or the average price per square foot. Our market can change considerably from one neighborhood to the next. Sibley Forest is different from Indian Hills. A home in the Walton High School district may compete with a very different group of properties than one just a few miles away. Even within the same neighborhood, lot, renovation level, street, floor plan and timing can make a meaningful difference when positioning a home for sale.
That kind of local knowledge matters, particularly for sellers.
What an East Cobb Listing Agent Should Know
When I prepare an East Cobb home for market, I look well beyond the comparable sales. I want to understand who the likely buyer is, what else they will be considering, how the home should be presented, and where we need to position it to create the strongest response.
Just as importantly, I know many of the agents actively working with buyers throughout East Cobb. Before a home ever reaches the broader market, I am often already talking with agents who regularly sell in that neighborhood or price range.
In luxury real estate especially, those relationships matter. Sometimes marketing starts with knowing exactly who to call.
Selling a Home in East Cobb
Every home requires a different strategy. Some sellers need extensive preparation before going to market. Others need thoughtful pricing, elevated photography and marketing, or a plan that allows them enough time to make their next move comfortably.
Recently, one East Cobb seller received six offers above asking price, while the terms we negotiated gave the family 60 days to breathe before moving.
That is the part of real estate I love most. A successful sale isn't simply about putting a SOLD sign in the yard. It's about creating a result that works for the people who trusted me with their home.
Rooted in East Cobb
Being recognized as an Expert in East Cobb is an honor, but it also reflects something that has been important to me throughout my career: I don't simply sell homes here. I live here.
I know the neighborhoods, the people, the little roads everyone uses to avoid traffic, the places we gather, and the things that make different corners of East Cobb feel like home.
Thank you to Modern Luxury Interiors Southeast for the recognition, and especially to the clients, friends and neighbors who continue to trust me with their homes.
Rooted in tradition. Dedicated to home. Committed to you.
